The Three Alert Zones
Upcoming Renewals uses a traffic-light system based on days remaining until the next billing date:
🔴 Red Zone (≤3 days)
Act immediately. Cancel via the service's settings page or bank "block merchant" feature. The card pulses to maximize visibility.
🟡 Amber Zone (≤7 days)
Decision week. Decide whether you've used the service enough this month to justify the charge.
🟢 Green Zone (≤30 days)
You're safely in the planning window. Evaluate usage patterns before the amber period starts.
How to Set Up Your Watchlist
- Service Name — Enter the name as it appears on your bank statement (helps cross-reference with CSV Auto Import).
- Price & Currency — Enter the exact amount charged. Supports USD, JPY, EUR, GBP.
- Next Billing Date — The date of the next charge, not the current period end.
The list auto-sorts by urgency — the most critical renewals always appear at the top. After a renewal passes, you can update the date to the next cycle or delete the entry if you've cancelled.
Privacy Architecture
All data is stored in your browser's localStorage. No account creation, no email addresses, no cloud sync. The tool works offline. Clear your browser data to remove everything permanently.
Unlike email-based renewal reminders (which require your contact info and create marketing databases), this tool reminds you here — privately and locally.
How do I update a renewal date after paying?
Delete the entry and re-add it with the updated next billing date. Or simply update the date field if you keep recurring entries.
Can I track annual subscriptions?
Yes — enter any future date. The days-remaining counter handles any duration from tomorrow to 365+ days.
What if I cleared my browser cache?
Your data would be lost. For long-term tracking, take a periodic screenshot of your watchlist or export the localStorage data manually.
